Masashi Takahashi

I am a PhD candidate at Smeal College of Business, Pennsylvania State University. My research focuses on real estate, asset pricing, and financial intermediation.

Prior to joining Smeal, I served as a consultant at Deloitte, advising financial institutions in Tokyo, Japan.

I will be on the academic job market in 2026–2027. This summer, I will visit the Federal Reserve Board in Washington, D.C., as a Dissertation Fellow.
